DUTIES OF THE SELLER AND THE BUYER IN EACH TRANSACTION
1 - Duties of the seller - Genki System Joint Stock Company:
- Responsible for handling their own sales orders in the event of unexpected occurrences.
- Advise and guide all specific information related to the product/service so that the Buyer understands and can use it.
- Resolve inquiries and difficulties during the product usage process.
- Provide documents and papers related to the Buyer’s payment to the Company, such as invoices, purchase slips, receipt vouchers… with the total amount that the Buyer has placed through email.
- Resolve inquiries and difficulties during the product usage process.
2 - Duties of the buyer:
- Comply with the regulations and procedures related to the service as stipulated by Genki System Joint Stock Company.
- Pay in full to Genki System Joint Stock Company the amount according to the order along with invoices, documents as regulated (If any).
- Support and provide complete information to Genki System Joint Stock Company related to the transactions when the Company requests.
- The buyer should provide complete information (name, address, telephone number, email) when registering for the AIdaBOT service package so that we can quickly contact the buyer in case of errors.
- The buyer should keep personal information and data confidential when conducting transactions with the AIdaBOT product of Genki System Joint Stock Company, and must not provide information (including login and payment information) to third parties.
