PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

1 - Payment Policy:

Currently, we only accept payments through the MOMO wallet.

After entering the service package registration information, the system will redirect to the MOMO payment interface. Customers are kindly asked to open the MOMO app (or your bank app) and scan the QR code on the screen to complete the service package registration.

Service provision time: The service will take effect immediately after successful payment.

2 - Refund Policy:

The system will send a fee payment reminder to the customer’s email 3 days (or more) before the due date. If the customer does not pay on time, their subscription will automatically revert to the free package.

We provide a free trial package for customers to experience the product before deciding to purchase. Therefore, once an account is upgraded, we do not support refunds. If a customer cancels the service before the end of the term, we do not refund the remaining time. However, if customers encounter technical errors or other arising issues during the use of our services, we are ready to assist in resolving the issue.

3 - Complaint Resolution:

Procedure for receiving and resolving complaints regarding AIdaBOT transactions:

Step 1: The management department of Genki System Joint Stock Company will receive complaints through the following methods:

Step 2: After receiving the complaint resolution request, within 03 working days, the management department will contact the complainant to verify the information.

Bước 3: The buyer’s complaint will be recorded by the management department, and within 02 working days, the management department is responsible for providing a resolution to the customer and responding via email or other forms of communication.
